Hand of God, is part of the collection of 2D paintings in Black Cowboy. As the piece extrapolates elements of modern African American culture, style and swagger. The show takes artwork and pattern and places that artwork within the nail art itself. The hands show the work, the life and the experience. This piece is not meant to be religious but as god in most cultures is referred to as a maker of heavens, earth, time and man. If a maker of men is a god, then she is a female and we see her everyday on earth. She is hiding in plain sight.
